Beautiful Casement Windows & French Doors for Country Residence

From the outset, the owners of this attractive residence wanted to transform their property with bespoke timber doors and fashionable casement windows, all with a traditional flush appearance and no visible V joints.

As part of a full refurbishment project, every window and external door in this property has been replaced. The homeowners upgraded from old single-glazed draughty windows to our revolutionary timber windows, which perform exceptionally well in both form and function. Ultimately, traditional bespoke joinery is hard to beat when creating a classic and elegant look. By combining the durable qualities of Accoya with deeper frames and sashes and maximum energy efficiency, the results speak for themselves.

The Accoya timber windows are finished in a crisp Westbury White which is the perfect choice against the red-brick surroundings. The project includes traditional casement windows hung on friction hinges with toughened argon-filled glass. A beautiful bay window for the lounge, 3 sets of French Doors and a boarded entrance door.

As part of the project, the homeowners wanted to add some more space and reconfigure their interiors by adding a new garden room or orangery extension by our sister company Westbury Garden Rooms. As the property is surrounded by a beautifully designed natural-looking garden, a glazed orangery with a large roof lantern was the perfect choice.  Our clients have a penchant for entertaining, therefore we created a light-filled family living space with two distinct living areas, including a generous family-sized dining table at one end. Two sets of opening double French doors lead out to different parts of the garden from the orangery. The clients can open both doors to bring the outside in during the summer or keep one entry closed depending on how they want to use the room.
