Standard Spring Balanced Sash Windows

A classic example of the ‘Westbury effect’, when one house gets Westbury windows, they all do. This is our fourth project on one road.

Once again this is an example of a developer who we have worked with who has chosen Westbury as the manufacturer and supplier of choice for their own home.
Here we have used Standard Spring Balanced Sash Windows, and on the ground & first floor these have been designed for 90-degree bay windows. We designed the ground floor bay to be able to fit around the metal support posts that the client had installed to hold up the first-floor bay.

This project combines the traditional joinery of sash windows with a modern flat roof extension to the rear with aluminium sliding doors from another supplier, creating a harmonious balance between modern and more traditional styling.
